It is hard to say where exactly our business activities began. When the main partner of our company, prof. Dr. Reinhard Voßbein, decided to withdraw from a leading management position, the idea was born: only he who has mastered business management himself actively can teach it to students at university. Therefore, to keep in contact with business companies was only natural for the professor and university lecturer. The desire to pass on and to expand this practical as well as theoretical knowledge – business management theories are developing continually, especially with regard to information technologies and their application in business enterprises – resulted in a partnership with Dr. Jörn Voßbein, who made consultation practice in the sphere of economical informatics, information management and IP security the focal point of his activities. Co-operation with other partners made it possible to build up a broad spectrum of activities quickly. In the year 1999, Dr. Heiko Haaz, who primarily attends to the data protection sector, joined the company as its third partner.

 

The speciality of our company: Some years ago, we have developed tool-supported systems for analysis and concept creation that are constantly extended and kept up to date by us. They enable us to analyze business zones – core areas as well as subareas – rationally and cost-effectively and allow the tool-based evaluation and concept creation. A system based on management experiences on the one hand and IT solutions on the other hand – some call it an expert system – is in the making and will be available in a few months' time.
